Hi, I'm Tammy!

I'm a mom of four, a proud Gigi to three beautiful, active grandkids, and after 27 years of marriage, I'm still finding new adventures with my husband. I've loved being a stay-at-home mom for the past 25 years, and today I'm embracing a new chapter filled with cycling, climbing, skiing, and exploring the beautiful Colorado outdoors. I turned 40, I realized I didn't have many hobbies or passions that would keep me active as I got older. I wanted more energy and a lifestyle that would keep me moving. I started cycling with my husband, but being the slowest rider wasn't much fun! That led me to search for ways to improve my energy, and that's when I discovered phototherapy and the X39 patch.

I initially noticed more energy, more enjoyable bike rides, and less soreness afterward. Over time, I also noticed changes in my skin, less noticeable old scars, less brain fog, and happier moods.

I've been wearing the patches since 2021, and my personal experience inspired me to share phototherapy with others. Along the way, cycling led me to discover climbing and skiing, and I've embraced an active lifestyle I never imagined for myself at 40.

My journey toward better health actually began a few years earlier, at 36, when a back injury sparked my interest in inflammation and nutrition. I gradually transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle because I found that I felt better.

My passion is helping others discover new possibilities for their own well-being. I want to make it easy for people to explore phototherapy, try it through a risk-free opportunity, and see whether they notice positive changes in their own lives.

Now at 46, I believe it's never too late to try something new, discover a passion, and create a life that feels more vibrant and fulfilling. I'd love to share what I've discovered with you!
